Leadership

Baptist polity through the years has affirmed two scriptural officers of a New Testament church, pastor/elder and deacon. We believe the Bible teaches that all Christians are called to serve and minister to others in Christ’s name, but some are called and gifted by God to function in specific roles of ministry, such as pastor/elders and deacons.

Our Pastor

We look to the Bible for the qualifications for persons to serve as pastor (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9). The qualifications fall generally into two categories—character and gifts for ministry. The office of pastor should be used to serve others, not in selfish or self-promoting ways.

If you are in need and would like to speak with our pastor, please contact the church office.

Ken Davis
Sr. Pastor

BroKen has been the pastor @ Fellowship for 15 years. He and his wife Carla have 2 adult children and multiple grandchildren. They enjoy riding their motorcycles and sharing Christ with those they meet.

Our Deacons

The deacons, in keeping with the practice of the New Testament churches, function as servants of the Church.  The biblical qualifications for a deacon (1 Timothy 3:8-13) focus primarily on character and relationships within the church, family and community. They work with the pastors as spiritual leaders in caring for church members and others in the community, engage in witness and education, and work to maintain the fellowship of the church.

If you are in need and would like to speak with one of our deacons, please contact the church office.
